Gloria M. O’Neill
Founder & CEO

As a medical and Mental Health practitioner, she is one of the most respected providers in the field. She graduated with honors as a Family Practitioner from The University of Miami and holds a degree in Psychiatry Mental Health from Regis University. She has had the opportunity of working with the top substance abuse treatment, inpatient, outpatient settings and telemedicine companies in the United States before establishing DrGmed corporation. She shares her passion and expertise with the company’s team of well-respected medical practitioners to provide patients with all the remote and in person integrated services and advise they need.

Additionally, she heads an evidence-based research intervention for adults living with the disease of alcohol addiction to decrease alcohol relapse and aimed at providing the best in person and remote quality care for the most underprivileged sectors of the society.

Akinbola Ajayi-obe
Chief Medical Officer, CMO

Dr. Akinbola Ajayi-obe is a native of YorubaLand who immigrated to the USA on a prometheus themed journey. He earned his medical degree at Ross University Dominica and finished his residency in University of AZ at South Campus and practices as an Internal medicine hospitalist. He earned a BS in Neuroscience and, HsD in Philosophy and Socio-Economic sciences.

He developed the SHE tenets, an offshoot from archaic approach to human medicine, rooted in African history. He specializes in critical care, psychology and ‘African-American medicine’. His current research is on DNA epigenetics in the 20th century negroid.

Nicolas Peters

Dr. Nicolas Peters is a board-certified pediatrician who focuses on health issues affecting children and young adults, ages 21 years and younger. He enjoys partnering with patients & their families to determine underlying sources of disease, & creating an individualized treatment plan. He prescribes safe and effective, evidence-based treatments & dietary changes to seek optimum health for his patients.

In 2010 he completed the Integrated Pediatric Residency Training Program of the Wright State University School of Medicine, Dayton Children’s Hospital, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Medical Center, followed by a Fellowship Program in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals Case Medical Center, & Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in 2013.

David J. Orringer
Urgent Care, Occupational & Preventive Medicine

Dr. David J. Orringer is an urgent care physician in Tucson, Arizona, licensed to practice in Arizona and California. Dr. Orringer grew up in Connecticut, attended Dartmouth College, and then worked as a marine biologist in Rhode Island, as he completed a master’s degree there. The USAF recruited Dr. Orringer to medical school, and he trained in surgery through the Air Force in the Midwest before they selected him to be the Medical Director for Combat Search and Rescue in Arizona. Dr. Orringer completed a Masters of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has extensive experience in urgent care, preventive medicine and occupational medicine.

Matthew Spiva

Dr. Matthew Spiva grew up in Salt Lake City, UT and is now married with 4 children. He attended undergrad at Weber State university and completed medical school at Samuel Merritt University in the San Francisco area as well as completed a 3 year residency at Intermountain Medical Center. He is currently board certified by the American Board of Podiatrist Medicine with added qualification in wound care and amputation prevention. He is also an associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery Have worked in the area for the last 4 years.

Gabriel A. Fallarero
Chief Financial and Operations Officer, CFO, COO

Gabriel is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. He also leads all operations activities. His career spans more than 5 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy in innovative telemedicine companies. He assures contracts, service agreements, and major purchases are monitored in accordance with internal policy and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with the terms of organizational agreements, including timely submission of required reports, permits and filings. Promote a safety conscious culture responding promptly to incidents and proactively to prevent hazards. Gabriel works collaboratively with the development team to secure financial and/or in-kind resources that support program/operational budgets to maintain DrGmed at the forefront of the latest trends in accounting standards and practices across the United States.

Fidel Diaz
Director of Safety & Operations

Serving as the Director of Safety & Operations, Fidel is responsible for the safety and management of operations. His duties include overseeing patient admissions, installations, service agreements, and upholding compliance and confidentiality standards. Originally from Cuba, Fidel brings 20 years of experience in safety and business operations making him a vital addition to our team.

Lizet Salas

Lizet has been with the company since it was established 5 years ago. She is responsible for the smooth and effective operations of the company’s pharmacy, making sure that all the medicines are fresh and in stock for patient’s home delivery. Before joining the company, Lizet has worked for various pharmacies and telemedicine companies. Such broad range of expertise in the industry lends Lizet the knowledge to anticipate the needs of patients. She is also responsible for setting up the processes and structure of the company’s pharmacy department. As such, Lizet is the go-to person on every aspect of medications for patients from procurement and delivery follow ups to dispensing.

Lillian Padilla
Credentialing Specialist

Lillian combines her passion for service with a sharp eye for details to ensure that the credentials of doctors and other medical practitioners in DrGmed corporation are always updated and in compliance with the standards set in the industry. Before joining the first team, 5 years ago, Lillian has had the opportunity to work with respected telemedicine services companies in the United States. As fully accredited credentialing specialist, she is an active member of the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc.
